Established as a key district-level discipline in 2008, the department admits approximately 2,500 inpatients annually and handles over 54,000 outpatient visits.

The endoscopy center is equipped with advanced systems such as Fuji 9000, Olympus 290, Pentax magnifying endoscopes, ultrasound endoscopes, double-balloon enteroscopes, and automated endoscope disinfection machines.
